摘　　要：针对院所二级法人管控的产品研发过程中的协同需求,提出了一种基于产品数据管理(PDM)的院所协同研发平台的解决方案,研究如何将院和下属设计所与制造厂的异构PDM系统进行集成,重点分析了院所协同研发业务、平台体系架构和实现技术。该解决方案已在某国防军工企业成功应用,有效地推进了其产品研发的院所协同。In-national-defense-and-military-academy,-product-general-design,-subsystem-development,-testing-and-assembly-are-assigned-to-different-subordinate-institutes.-The-resources-of-the-academy-and-subordinate-institutes-need-to-be-shared-and-collaborated.-According-to-the-requirement-of-collaborative-product-development-in-academy-and-subordinate-institutes,a-solution-of-collaborative-development-platform-based-on-the-Product-Data-Management(PDM)-is-proposed.-The-solution-can-integrate-heterogeneous-PDM-systems-in-academy-and-subordinate-institutes-to-achieve-transverse-interconnect-and-vertical-exchange.-The-collaborative-business-requirements,platform-architecture-and-implementation-technologies-of-the-proposed-solution-are-introduced-in-detail.-The-solution-has-been-applied-in-a-national-defense-and-military-academy,and-collaborative-product-development-process-between-the-academy-and-its-subordinate-institutes-has-been-promoted.
