摘　　要：目的　探讨经皮冠状动脉内支架置入术治疗复杂型冠状动脉病变的疗效。方法　对 8例 19支复杂型冠状动脉血管病变行球囊预扩张后 ,植入 2 5枚支架 ,其中前降支 9枚 ,回旋支 6枚 ,右冠脉 10枚。结果　术后经冠脉造影证实狭窄消失 ,血流TIMIⅢ级 ,支架置入的成功率 10 0 % ,1例出现穿刺部位出血 ,无其他并发症 ,随诊 1～ 18个月 ,1例术后 2个月再发心绞痛。结论　冠脉内支架术治疗复杂型冠状动脉病变是一种完全有效的介入治疗技术 ,其成功率高 ,临床疗效好 ,并发症少。Objective To assess the effect of coronary artery stent implantation on treatment of complex coronary artery diseases.Methods Sacculus expand in advance was performed in 8 patients who had complex coronary artery vascular lesions within 19 branches and 25 stents were implanted including 9 in left anterior descending,6 in circumflex branch and 10 in right coronary artery.Results Stenosis was clear away by coronary angiography after operation.Blood flow was TIMI Ⅲ and the success rate of stent implantation was 100%.Only one patient hemorrhaged in puncture place,the others had not complication.The patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months,angina occurred again in 1 patient after two months.Conclusion Coronary artery stent implantation is a complete effective intervention therapy technique on treatment of complex coronary artery lesions.The success rate is high,clinic curative effect is fine and complication is few.
