丙酸氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察丙酸氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法　对 89例变应性鼻炎病人分别用丙酸氟替卡松 (FP)和生理盐水 (NS)进行治疗 ,并观察对比其疗效。结果　FP组的有效率为 98% ,NS组的有效率为 7 5 % ;FP组的起效时间 5min以内 95 9% ,91 8%维持时间为 5h以上 ,NS组起效时间为 5min以内2 5 % ,97 5 %的维持时间为 5h以内。结论　丙酸氟替卡松缓解症状快 ,维持时间长 ,疗效显著 ,安全性好 ,是治疗变应性鼻炎的有效药物。Objective To observe the effect of fluticasone proponate(FP) on allergic rhinitis and search the mechanism of treating allergic rhinitis.Methods Eighty-nine patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with fluticasone proponate(FP group) or normal saline(control group).Results The total effective rate in FP group was 98% and that in control group was 7.5%.Initial time of starting effect within 5 minutes was 95.9% in FP group and 2.5% in control group(2.5%) respectively.The keeping curative effect time was over 5 hours in FP group(91.8%) and within 5 hours in control group(97.5%).Conclusion FP is better than control group in relieving symptoms,keeping curative effect and safety,so FP is one kind of effective drug in treating allergic rhinitis.
