荧光素钠眼底荧光造影不良反应的观察

摘　　要：目的　总结分析眼底荧光素血管造影术中静脉注射荧光素钠过程中出现的不良反应。方法　回顾性分析 3982例行眼底荧光血管造影术应用荧光素钠静脉注射病人的临床资料 ,统计分析其不良反应发生情况。结果　 3982例中有 10 4 8例发生不良反应 (2 6 32 % ) ,其中出现恶心 6 6 5例 (6 3 4 5 % ) ;呕吐 2 76例(2 6 34% ) ;皮肤荨麻疹 10 3例 (9 83% ) ;一过性昏厥 4例 (0 38% )。结论　荧光素钠注射液应用过程中会出现多种不良反应 ,应引起重视。Objective To evaluate the side effects of fundus angiography with fluorescein sodium.Methods A group of 3982 consecutive cases of fundus angiography were observed and the side effects were analyzed.Results Among 3982 cases 1048 cases developed side effects(26.32%) including disgust in 665 cases(63.45%),vomit in 276 cases(26.34%),skin urticaria in 103 cases(9.83%),and faint in 4 cases(0.38%).Conclusion The side effects may develope during the course of fluorescein sodium.
