血清β-HCG与孕酮联合测定对早期异常妊娠的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探究血清β-HCG与孕酮联合测定对早期异常妊娠的诊断价值。方法从我院2016年4月-—2016年9月期间收治的异常妊娠患者中选取50例为观察组,另从同期正常妊娠产妇中选取45例为对照组,观察两组血清β-HCG、孕酮水平。结果经调查分析,观察组(异常妊娠产妇)血清β-HCG、孕酮水平低,对照组(正常妊娠产妇)β-HCG、孕酮水平高,组间比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期异常妊娠进行血清β-HCG、孕酮水平联合测定,效果显著,利于该病的早期诊治,利于保护母婴安全障,值得大力推广。Objective To discuss the value of using serum β-HCG combining progesterone detecting early abnormal pregnancy. Methods choosed 50 cases of abnormal pregnancy patients from Apr. 2016 to Sep. 2016 as study group,and choosed 45 cases of normal pregnancy as controlled group. Compared the serum β-HCG,progesterone of these two groups. Results The serum β-HCG,progesterone of study group were lower than controlled group( P<0. 05). Conclusion Using serum β-HCG combining progesterone detecting early abnormal pregnancy to treat early abnormal pregnancy is effective to ensure maternal and child health to extend in clinic.
