念珠菌性食管炎内镜的应用进展

摘　　要：白色念珠菌引起食管黏膜受损,造成患者吞咽困难或疼痛等食管症状,严重者体现为胸骨后疼痛不适或烧灼感,并发进行性食管狭窄、食管气瘘和食管大出血等,甚至有患者发生全身的真菌感染,严重影响患者的生活质量和身心健康。随着医学和治疗技术的不断发展,人们对念珠菌性食道炎的认识越来越深入,其诊断方式也取得了很大的进展。应用内镜诊断,结合黏膜刷检和病理学分析,能够提高诊断的准确率,具有很高的临床应用和研究价值。现就内镜应用于念珠菌性食管炎的最新进展综述如下。Candida albicans caused by esophageal mucosa damage,cause dysphagia or pain of esophageal symptoms,severe reflected pain or burning sensation,with progressive esophageal stenosis and esophageal fistula,gas bleeding,even in patients with systemic fungal infection,seriously affect the patient's quality of life and the physical and mental health. With the continuous development of medical technology and treatment technology,people have more and more in-depth understanding of Candida esophagitis. It can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,and has high clinical application and research value. This article reviews the latest progress in the application of endoscope in Candida esophagitis.
