综合护理干预对围绝经期女性临床症状及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对围绝经期女性临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法将2014年9月到2015年8月在我院就诊的200例围绝经期患者,随机分为对照组100例和干预组100例;对照组采取常规健康教育,干预组进行系统化、个性化的综合护理干预,包括健康教育、心理指导、改善与建立健康生活方式、实施强化的饮食与运动指导管理、电话随访;最后采用问卷调查方法,就两组患者就诊后临床症状及生活质量改善进行评估分析。结果干预组女性在综合护理干预的影响下,所出现的症状少于对照组,该组女性的生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期间的女性通过有效的综合护理干预,可有效的缓解临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical symptoms and quality of life of women in peri menopausal period. Methods From September 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital 200 cases of perimenopausal patients were randomly divided into control group of 100 cases and 100 cases in the intervention group; the control group received routine health education,while comprehensive nursing intervention group was given systematic,personalized instructions,including health education,psychological guidance,the improvementand the establishment of a healthy lifestyle,the implementation of diet and exercise guidance,the management of the telephone; Finally,the method of questionnaire investigation was used in two groups of patients with clinical symptoms in order toassess and analyze the quality of their life. Results Women in the intervention group under the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention,the symptoms were less than the control group; the quality of life of women in the group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion The effective comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life in the peri menopausal period.
