品管圈在“降低取发血流程行为的不规范率”中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察品管圈在"降低取发血流程行为的不规范率"中的应用。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院输血科2016.08.16-2016.09.04实施输血治疗患者1194例取发血为观察组,2016年11.14月-2016.12.25月同一科室取发血1509例为对照组。对照组根据标准取发血流程管理实施,观察组在对照组基础上加用品管圈活动。观察并比较两组取发血流程规范率及圈员对活动的主观感受。结果观察组取发血流程规范率明显低于对照组,圈员实施品管圈活动后的主观感受明显优于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医院输血科取发血流程实施品管圈活动管理,可有效避免取发血过程中不良事件发生。Objective To observe the application of the product tube circle in'reducing the irregular rate of blood flow behavior'. Methods A total of 1194 patients with blood transfusion were treated with blood transfusion in the first group of people in Shangqiu City. 2016. 08. 16-2016. 09. 04 were treated with blood transfusion in the same group. In the same department,1509 cases were taken as control group The In the control group,blood flow management was carried out according to the standard,and the observation group was added to the control group. Observe and compare the two groups to take the blood flow specification rate and the members of the subjective feelings of the activities. Results The standardized rate of blood flow in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the subjective feeling after the activities of the members was significantly better than that before the activity( P<0. 05). Conclusion To take the blood flow and implement the quality control circle management in the blood transfusion section of the hospital can effectively avoid the adverse events during the blood transfusion.
