健康教育在糖尿病患者预防并发症中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在糖尿病并发症中的预防作用分析。方法选取湄洲岛红十字医院在2014年5月至2016年5月接收治疗的糖尿病患者380例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表的方法分为对照组和观察组。对照组常规基础护理,观察组基础护理上采用健康教育护理,比较其并发症发生率及满意度情况。结果观察组的并发症发生率,护理满意度等结果都是明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病的健康教育在日常预防糖尿病患者并发症中可明显降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of diabetes health education on the prevention of complications in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Selection of Meizhou Island Red Cross hospital receiving treatment of diabetic patients with 380 cases as the research object from May 2014 to May 2016,randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received health education and nursing care,and then compared the incidence of complications and satisfaction between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion Diabetes health education can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients with diabetes.
