摘 要:目的探析妊娠中期尿酸和母体血脂对巨大儿和妊娠期糖尿病的预测情况。方法通过对我院收治的1420例孕妇进行随访观察,可依照结果显示将其分为非妊娠期糖尿病组(n=140)和妊娠期糖尿病组(n=1280),依照新生儿体质量情况可分为非巨大儿组(n=125)和巨大儿组(n=1295)。比较观察四组孕妇中期阶段尿酸和血脂水平差异性情况。结果孕妇在妊娠20周阶段,非GDM组的TG指标明显低于GDM组,而HDL指标则显著比GDM组高,两组尿酸水平情况比较,非GDM组明显低于GDM组(P<0.05);Logistic分析,尿酸水平、HDL和TG指标均属于GDM的危险因素。巨大儿组孕妇在妊娠20周时,其HDL指标相比非巨大儿组相对较低(P<0.05);Logistic分析,巨大儿的危险因素为HDL。结论巨大儿和GDM与妊娠中期母体尿酸水平及血脂具有一定的关联性。Objective To study the value of prediction maternal lipid and UA level on gestational diabetes and macrosomia.Methods Choosed 1420 cases of pregnant women to divde into non-GDM group( n = 140) and GDM group( n = 1280),and also divide into non-macrosomia group( n = 125) and macrosomia group( n = 1295). Compared the maternal lipid and UA level of these four group. Results The index of TG of non-GDM group was lower than GDM group. And the index of HDL was higher than GDM group.And the index of UA of non-GDM group was lower than GDM group( P<0. 05). And the leve of UA,HDL,TG were all risk factors of GDM. The index of HDL of macrosomia group of was lower than non-macrosomia group( P<0. 05). The risk factor of macrosomia was HDL by Logistic analysis. Conclusion macrosomia and GDM are associated with serum uric acid levels and blood lipids in the second trimester of pregnancy.
