舒适护理与慢性炎症性肠病患者生活质量的关系分析

摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理对慢性炎症性肠病患者生活质量的影响。方法从近三年来我院就诊的的慢性炎症性肠病患者选取100例作为研究对象,盲选其中50例,进行舒适护理,作为本次研究的观察组,剩余的50例作为对照组,进行常规护理处理,对比两组患者的生活质量评分。结果观察组采用舒适护理患者的生活质量评分比较对照组采用普通护理患者的生活质量评分明显较高,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。观察组护理满意度为95.83%(115/120),对照组为75.00%(90/120),观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05差异具备统计学意义。结论舒适护理能够提高患者的生活质量,增强医疗机构对患者的治疗效果,值得临床医学的推广使用。Objective to study the comfortable nursing for chronic inflammatory bowel disease quality of life. Methods Nearly three years in our hospital from chronic inflammatory bowel disease to select 100 cases as the research object,blind selected 50 cases,comfortable nursing,as the study group,the remaining 50 cases as control group,routine nursing treatment,compared two groups of patients quality of life scores. Results the observation group USES the comfortable nursing the patient's quality of life score comparison control group using common care,the patient's quality of life score significantly higher( P< 0. 05 difference is statistically significant.Observation group nursing satisfaction was 95. 83%( 115/120),the control group was 75. 00%( 90/120),observation group is significantly higher than the control group,P< 0. 05 difference have statistical significance. Conclusion comfortable nursing can improve the patient's quality of life,enhance the treatment effect of medical institutions for the patient,worthy of clinical use.
