小针刀治疗中重度型肩胛背神经卡压综合征80例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察小针刀治疗中重度型肩胛背神经卡压综合征80例临床效果。方法将符合纳入标准的中重度型肩胛背神经卡压综合征80例患者,按随机数字表发分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予一般性药物封闭治疗联合TDP常规治疗。治疗组给予小针刀治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为82.5%,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组临床治愈率为62.5%,对照组为45.0%,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后SF-MPQ、NDI、SF-36评分均优于治疗前,P<0.05;且治疗组PRI、VAS、NDI效果显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论小针刀治疗中重度型肩胛背神经卡压综合征效果好,疗程短,费用低,值得临床上进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of small needle-knife therapy in 80 cases with moderate and severe Dsn ES( Dorsal scapular nerve entrapment syndrome).Methods 80 patients with moderate and severe DsnES were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each group.The control group took the general block therapy and TDP therapy; the treatment group took the small needle-knife therapy.Results The total effective rate for treatment group and control group was 87.5%and 82.5%(P>0.05); the healing rate for treatment group(62.5%) was significantly higher than control group(45.0%)( P<0.01); after treatment,the SF-MPQ points for two groups were better than before(P<0.05) or(P<0.01); after treatment,the PRI and VAS for treatment group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05); after treatment,the NDI value and SF-36 points for two groups were better than before(P<0.05) or(P<0.01); the NDI for treatment group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05); the SF-36 points for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion The small needle-knife therapy has an obvious effect in the treatment of Dsn ES,can shorten the treatment course and reduce the hospitalization cost.It shall be recommended in clinical practice.
