临床急诊检查中超声医学的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析临床急诊检查中超声医学的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至12月收治的84例急诊患者作为研究对象,根据不同急诊检查方式将其分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例)。对照组行常规急诊检查,研究组行超声医学检查;比较两组急诊患者的临床诊断符合率。结果与对照组比较,研究组42例急诊患者的临床诊断符合率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床急诊检查中超声医学的应用效果显著,值得在临床检查诊断工作中推广运用。Objective to analyze the effect of ultrasonic medicine in clinical emergency examination. Methods 84 cases of emergency patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to -12 were selected as the research objects. According to different emergency examination methods,they were divided into study group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases). The control group received routine emergency examination,and the study group underwent ultrasonic medical examination. The clinical diagnostic coincidence rate between two groups of emergency patients was compared. Results compared with the control group,the clinical compliance rate of 42 cases of emergency patients in the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion the application of ultrasonic medicine in clinical emergency examination is effective,and it is worth popularizing in clinical examination and diagnosis.
