老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者治疗中锁定加压钢板内固定术的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者治疗中锁定加压钢板内固定术的应用效果。方法选取我院70例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分为研究组(35例)与对照组(35例)。对照组行动力髋螺钉内固定术治疗,研究组行锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗;比较两组治疗之后的总有效率与术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间。结果与对照组对比,研究组35例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者治疗后总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,研究组35例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间更优,差异有统计学(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者治疗中锁定加压钢板内固定术的应用效果显著,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。Objective to analyze the effect of locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients. Methods 70 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were selected as the research object. According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the study group (35 cases) and the control group (35 cases). The control group,the action force and the hip screw internal fixation treatment,the study group was treated with locking compression plate fixation,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared with the amount of bleeding,operation time and hospitalization time. Results compared with the control group,the study group of 35 patients in treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture after the total efficiency is higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group,the study group of 35 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients with intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time better,the difference was statistically (P<0.05). Conclusion the application of locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
