小儿过敏性紫癜治疗中血液灌流的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究小儿过敏性紫癜治疗中血液灌流的应用效果。方法一组为研究组(32例),另一组为对照组(32例)。对比两组治疗后总有效率与关节痛、腹痛及皮疹消失时间。结果与对照组对比,研究组治疗后总有效率更高(P<0.05);与对照组对比,研究组治疗后关节痛、腹痛及皮疹消失时间更短(P<0.05)。结论小儿过敏性紫癜治疗中血液灌流的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of hemoperfusion in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura in children. Methods one group was the study group( 32 cases),and the other group was the control group( 32 cases). the total effective rate of the two groups was compared with the time of joint pain,abdominal pain and rash disappearance. Results compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher( P<0. 05); compared with the control group,the time of joint pain,abdominal pain and rash disappeared in the study group after treatment( P< 0. 05). Conclusion the application effect of hemoperfusion in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura in children is remarkable,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
