糖尿病护理团队在风险管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病护理团队实施风险管理效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年2月期间收治的104例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,行分组对照研究(观察组和对照组各52例),观察两组患者的护理效果。结果与接受常规护理的对照组患者相比,糖尿病护理团队实施护理干预后,观察组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)水平[(6.88±1.29)mmol/L<(7.94±1.63)mmol/L]和餐后(2h PBG)水平[(9.95±1.72)mmol/L<(12.47±2.36)mmol/L]、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分[(10.05±1.76)分<(14.73±2.31)分]以及风险事件发生率(3.85%<13.58%)相对更低(P<0.05),而患者的糖尿病知识掌握程度[(91.44±2.78)分>(80.64±3.14)分]和护理满意度[(93.35±3.02)分>(82.21±3.36)分]相对更高(P<0.05)。结论在风险管理中,由糖尿病护理团队实施综合、全面的护理干预,使糖尿病患者免受护理风险的困扰,进而改善其身心健康,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the risk management effect of diabetes care team. Methods Our hospital from January 2016 to February 2016,admitted during the period of 104 diabetes patients as the research object,line group control study( observation group and the control group( n = 52),to observe the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Compared with the control group treated with conventional nursing care,diabetes care team after the implementation of nursing intervention,the observation group of patients with fasting plasma glucose( FPG) levels [( 6. 88 + 1. 29) tendency for</L( 7. 94 + 1. 63) tendency/L] and postprandial 2 h( PBG) level [( 9. 95 + 1. 72) tendency for</L( 12. 47 + 2. 36) tendency/L],Hamilton depression scale( HAMD) scores [( 10. 05+ 1. 76) points"( 14. 73 + 2. 31) ] the incidence and risk events( < 13. 58%) 3. 85% relatively lower( P < 0. 05),while in patients with diabetes knowledge level [( 91. 44-2. 78) >( 80. 64-3. 14) ] and nursing satisfaction [( 93. 35-3. 02) >( 82. 21-3. 36) ] relatively higher( P<0. 05). Conclusion In the risk management,comprehensive,integrated by diabetes care team nursing intervention,the patients with diabetes from the nursing risk,and improve the physical and mental health,improve their quality of life.
