冰冻血小板与新鲜血小板的临床疗效比较分析

摘　　要：目的比较冰冻血小板与新鲜血小板的临床疗效与安全性指标,探讨冰冻血小板的临床应用价值。方法观察比较冰冻血小板组(A组)、新鲜血小板组(B组)治疗效果。结果两组血小板输注有效率对比P>0.05;A组外科病例有效率高于B组(P<0.05);两组输血不良反应发生率和死亡率对比P>0.05。结论冰冻血小板在提高血小板计数上不及新鲜血小板,但冰冻血小板外科止血疗效更好。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety indexes of frozen platelets and fresh platelets,and to explore the clinical application value of frozen platelets. Methods To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of frozen platelets group( group A) and fresh platelets group( group B). Results The effective rate of platelet transfusion in the two groups was compared to P>0. 05; the effective rate of A group was higher than that of B group( P<0. 05); the incidence and mortality of two groups of blood transfusion adverse reactions were P>0. 05. Conclusion Frozen platelets are less than fresh platelets in improving platelet count,but the curative effect of frozen platelets is better.
