糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理中综合护理干预及健康教育的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理中综合护理干预及健康教育的应用效果。方法选取74例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,比较两组糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理后满意度与护理前后健康知识知晓评分。结果对比对照组,研究组护理后健康知识知晓评分更高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理中综合护理干预及健康教育的应用效果显著,值得推广运用。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention and health education in diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods 74 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis were selected. The scores of two groups of diabetic ketoacidosis after nursing were compared with those before and after nursing. Results Compared with the control group,the knowledge score of health knowledge in the study group was higher( P<0. 05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention and health education in diabetic ketoacidosis is significant,which is worthy of popularization and application.
