摘　　要：目的对术前患者的系心理问题进行分析,并提供对应的改善对策。方法对照组采用的是常规护理模式,观察组在手术治疗前对其进行心理护理干预措施,同时对两组患者开展SAS评分,确定患者手术过程中的心理状态。结果观察组在SAS评分和患者术中的心理状态都要明显由于对照组患者,且P<0.05。结论对于手术治疗患者,其由于对手术治疗内容和方法等不了解,开展术前心理护理能够帮助患者消除内心的紧张情绪等,提高患者的临床手术治疗效果。Objective To analyze the Department's psychological problems before operation and provide corresponding improvement measures. Methods In the control group,the routine nursing mode was used. The observation group had psychological nursing intervention measures before the operation,and the SAS score was carried out in two groups of patients to determine the psychological state of the patients during the operation. Results The SAS score and the psychological state of the patients in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group,and P < 0. 05. Conclusion For the patients with surgical treatment,the psychological nursing can help the patients to eliminate the inner tension and so on,so as to improve the effect of the patients' clinical operation.
