全血细胞减少患者血片和骨髓象检查及其临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的分析全血细胞减少患者血片和骨髓象检查及其临床意义。方法 2014年2月至2017年12月,于我院收治的全血细胞减少患者中选取100例,所有患者均接受血片和骨髓象检查,对其检查结果进行研究分析。结果 100例患者接受检查之后,Hb<66 g/L,MCH:31~42Pg,MCV:90~150fL,BPC:(50~88)×10~9,WBC:(0.3~0.87)×10~9/L,RBC:(0.9~3.5)×10^(12)/L,Hb40~100g/L。骨髓增生减低、增生活跃、增生明显活跃的患者分别有3例、55例、42例,分别占3%、55%、42%,红系、巨核系、粒系均在不同程度上发生了变化,但主要为红系,粒系/红细胞=1.13∶1;30例患者由非造血系统疾病引发,脾功能亢进、系统性红斑狼疮、胃癌、结缔组织类疾病、心内膜炎、恶性肿瘤、肺癌、肝硬化、慢性肝炎患者分别有1例、1例、1例、5例、1例、6例、2例、5例、8例;70例患者由造血系统疾病引发,巨幼红细胞性贫血、再生障碍性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征、急性白血病患者分别有20例、8例、8例、34例,分别占20%、8%、8%、34%。结论血片和骨髓象检查有利于明确全血细胞减少症病因,加强骨髓象检查有利于提高全血细胞减少症病因诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the blood specimens and bone marrow images of patients with pancytopenia and its clinical significance. Methods From February 2014 to December 2017,100 patients with total blood cell reduction were selected in our hospital. All patients were examined with blood tablets and bone marrow,and the results were analyzed. Results After 100 patients were examined,Hb<66 g/L,MCH: 31 42 Pg,MCV: 90 150 fL,BPC:( 50 88) × 109,WBC:( 0. 3 0. 87) × 109/L,RBC:( 0. 93. 5) x 1012/L,Hb 40100 g/L. There were 3 cases,55 cases,and 42 cases of bone marrow hyperplasia,hyperplasia,and hyperplasia,which accounted for 3%,55%,and 42%,respectively. The erythroid,megakaryotic,but mainly erythroid,granulocytic/erythrocyte = 1. 13 ∶ 1;erythematosus,gastric cancer,connective tissue diseases,endocarditis,malignancy,There were 1 case,1 case,1 case,5 cases,1 case,6 cases,2 cases,5 cases and 8 cases by diseases of hematopoietic system and megaloblastic Anemia,aplastic anemia,myelodysplastic syndrome,and acute leukemia were 20,8,8 and 34 patients,accounting for 20%,8%,8%,and 34%,respectively. Conclusion Blood smears and accuracy of the cause of pancytopenia.
