PDCA循环法在提高病例分型C/D率中的应用

摘　　要：目的本文通过PDCA循环法提高医师填写病例C/D型率从而改善病例首页质量。方法运用鱼骨图分析我院病例C/D率填写低的原因,针对原因提出有针对性的改进措施,总结经验进行归纳并将新出现的问题或未解决的问题转入下一个PDCA循环。结果通过PDCA管理工具我院C/D率大幅提高,将PDCA循环前C/D率与循环后C/D率做Pearson卡方检验,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论运用PDCA循环法来改善病例C/D率具有良好的应用效果。Objective This article apply the PDCA cycle to improve the medical record C/D rate and to improve the quality of medical records. Methods Using fishbone maps to analyze the causes of low C/D ratios in our hospital,propose targeted improvement measures for the causes,summarize experience and transfer emerging or unresolved issues to the next PDCA cycle. Results Through the PDCA management tool,the C/D ratio in our hospital was greatly increased. The C/D rate before and after the PDCA cycle was tested by the Pearson chi-square test. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle to improve the case C/D rate has a good application effect.
