2015年至2017年庐江县医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

摘　　要：目的为了解庐江县县级、乡镇级、村级和民营医院的消毒质量,为监管机构对医疗机构消毒的监督和管理提供科学依据。方法依据《医院消毒卫生标准》和《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》等方法对庐江县258家医疗机构进行采样、检测和评价。结果 2015年至2017年庐江县医疗机构消毒监测结果合格率为95. 57%,且三年间合格率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),2017年合格率较2015年和2016年有下降趋势。物体表面和医务人员手两个项目消毒结果在2015年至2017年三年间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),2017年物体表面和医务人员手消毒合格率比前2年下降。县级医疗机构2015年至2017年三年间合格率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),乡镇、民营和村卫生室等医疗机构3年间差异无统计学意义。结论庐江县各医疗机构消毒质量存在一定问题,需进一步加强消毒管理工作。Objective In order to understand the disinfection quality of county level,township level,village level and private hospitals in Lujiang County,and provide scientific basis for the supervision and management of medical institutions. Methods The 258 medical institutions in Lujiang County were sampled,tested and evaluated according to the standards of hospital disinfection hygiene and the evaluation methods and standards of disinfection and sterilization effect. Results From 2015 to 2017,the qualified rate of disinfection monitoring results in Lujiang County medical institution was 95. 57%,and the difference of qualified rate in 3 years was statistically significant( χ~2= 15. 402,P<0. 001),and the qualified rate in 2017 is lower than that in 2015 and 2016. The disinfection results of the two items of object surface and medical personnel’s hands were different in 2015-2017( χ~2= 7. 288,P = 0. 026;χ~2= 5. 142,P= 0. 023),in 2017,the qualified rate of hand disinfection of surfaces and medical personnel is lower than that of the previous two years. The difference of qualified rate between 2015 and 2017 in county-level medical institutions was statistically significant( χ~2=4. 146,P = 0. 042),there was no statistically significant difference in medical institutions such as township,private and village health clinics in 3 years. Conclusion There are some problems in the quality of disinfection in Lujiang County medical institutions.
