摘　　要：目的分析武汉市某社区已婚育龄妇女生殖健康现状,为制定相关政策提供参考。方法对武汉轻工大学医院负责辖区内49周岁以下2 342例已婚育龄妇女逐个进行问诊和身体检查,统计健康情况,进行分析。结果回收有效问卷2 342份(93.68%),所有调查对象中有2 102人(89.75%)对节育措施相关知识了解。不同文化程度的育龄妇女节育知识来源差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。文化程度高的育龄妇女,获得相关知识的来源更广泛。不同年龄育龄妇女间妇科疾病总患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论仍需继续提高妇女文化程度和妇女殖健康相关知识掌握水平,相关部门应根据农村妇女的需要,采取更为直观、直接的宣传教育方式对育龄妇女进行健康教育。Objective To analyze the reproductive health status of married women of reproductive age in a community in Wuhan.Methods A total of 2,342 married women of childbearing age in the community under the age of 49 were asked for medical examinations and physical examinations.The health status was analyzed and analyzed.Results 2 342 valid questionnaires were collected(93.68%),and 2 102(89.75%) of all respondents had knowledge of birth control measures.There was a statistically significant difference in the source of knowledge and knowledge between women of different ages(P<0.05).Women of childbearing age with a high degree of education have a wider range of sources of relevant knowledge.There was a statistically significant difference in the total prevalence of gynecological diseases among women of childbearing age at different ages(P<0.05).Conclusion It is still necessary to continue to improve the level of women’s education and women’s health related knowledge.Relevant departments should adopt a more intuitive and direct publicity and education method to educate women of childbearing age according to the needs of rural women.
