摘　　要：目的观察超声电导经皮透入镇痛散治疗痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法 88例混合痔患者根据随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组(n=44)采用镇痛散膏剂贴敷于足三里、承山穴,治疗组(n=44)采用超声电导镇痛散于足三里、承山等穴,疗程均为1周。观察两组术后肛门疼痛情况。结果治疗组在术后24 h、48 h、72 h、7 d时间段的疼痛患者数量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论超声电导经皮透入镇痛散治疗痔术后疼痛疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasoundcondutivity percutaneous penetration of analgesic powder in the treatment of postoperative pain of hemorrhoids. Methods Eighty-eight patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups according to the random digital table method. The control group(n=44) was treated with analgesic ointment at Zusanli and Chengshan acu points. The treatment group(n=44) was treated with ultrasound conductance analgesia powder at Zusanli and Chengshan points.Both treatments lasted for 1 week. The postoperative anal pain was observed in both groups. Results The number of pain patients in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 7 d after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound conductance percutaneous penetration of analgesia powder is effective and safe for the treatment of postoperative pain in hemorrhoids.
