摘  要:将钼粉装入包套内加热到500℃,对其进行两道次A路径等径角挤压和热压实验,对比分析了颗粒形貌、孔隙分布、显微硬度。结果表明:试样经过两道次等径角挤压后,孔隙分布均匀,颗粒变形程度较大,且显微硬度较高;经过热压后的试样,孔隙分布不太均匀,且靠冲头上端的致密度要高于下端,颗粒变形也不大,压制力未使颗粒发生脆性断裂,故其显微硬度小于经两道次等径角挤压试样。The molybdenum powders were put into the tube and heated to 500℃,and then two pass A-route equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)or hot pressing experiments were carried out.Particle morphology,pore distribution and microhardness were compared of the molybdenum powders from different pressing methods.The results show that after two pass ECAP,pore distribution of the sample is more uniform,and both particle deformation degree and microhardness are higher.After hot pressing,pore distribution of the sample is nonuniform,its density at the upper end is higher than that at the down end,and its particle deformation degree is small.During hot pressing,pressing force cannot result in brittle fracture of the particles,so the sample has lower microhardness than the sample processed by equal channel angular pressing.
