摘　　要：研究了气相色谱法测定有机相中仲辛醇含量的方法。以正庚醇作为内标物,采用FID(DETA)检测器测定仲辛醇与正庚醇的峰面积比,通过内标法计算仲辛醇的含量。该方法操作简单,测试结果稳定、准确。The method was studied to determine 2-octanol content in organic phase by gas chromatography.With 1-heptanol as the internal standard,the peak area ratio of 2-octanol to 1-heptanol was determined in FID(DETA)detector,and then the content of 2-octanol was calculated with internal standard method.This method is of simple operation with stable and accurate test results.
