摘  要:采用伯胺N1923萃取剂从钨渣的酸浸液中回收钪,研究了溶液酸度、萃取剂体积分数、相比、萃取时间对钪萃取的影响,同时考察了盐酸浓度对钪反萃的影响。实验结果表明,伯胺N1923萃取剂对钪具有很好的选择性。最佳萃取工艺条件为:溶液酸度0.5mol/L,萃取剂体积分数10%,O/A相比1∶1,萃取时间5 min;反萃液宜采用3.5mol/L的稀盐酸。在此最佳工艺条件下,钪的萃取率可达96.42%,反萃率达98.28%,钪的萃取总回收率为92.33%。Scandium was extracted and recovered from the acid leaching solution of tungsten residue with primary amine N1923 as the extractant.The effects were studied of solution acidity,extractant volume fraction,phase ratio and extraction time on scandium extraction as well as the effect of hydrochloric acid concentration on scandium stripping.The results show that the extractant of primary amine N1923 has a good selectivity to scandium.The optimum conditions for extraction are as follows:solution acidity 0.25mol/L,extractant volume fraction 10%,O/A phase ratio 1∶1,and extraction time 5min.The proper stripping agent is 3.5mol/L dilute hydrochloric acid.Under the above optimum conditions,the extraction rate of scandium reaches 96.42%,the stripping rate is 98.28%,and the total recovery rate of scandium extraction is 92.33%.
