摘 要:以在混合料阶段添加W粉与否的两种YG20C硬质合金为实验对象,研究了经不同烧结温度后W粉对合金常规性能(磁力、洛氏硬度、抗弯强度等)及显微组织的影响。结果表明:W粉的添加会促进YG20C硬质合金的晶粒长大,甚至导致异常粗晶的产生;添加W粉的合金γ相中固溶的W(或WC)的量从1 410℃的10.5%降至1 480℃的10%,而未添加W粉的合金从10.4%升至11.6%;此外,添加W粉的合金的抗弯强度随烧结温度的升高而大幅降低,从1 410℃升至1 480℃时降幅达到580 N/mm^2,而未添加W粉的合金的抗弯强度基本稳定在2 500 N/mm^2。Using two kinds of YG20 C cemented carbides with or without W powder added in the mixing stage as experimental subjects,the effects of W powder on the conventional properties(magnetic force,Rockwell hardness,flexural strength,etc.)and microstructure of the alloy after sintering at different temperatures were studied.The results show that the addition of W powder can promote the grain growth of YG20 C cemented carbide and even lead to the formation of abnormal coarse grains;The amount of solid solution W(or WC)in theγphase of the alloy with W powder decreased from 10.5%at 1 410℃to 10%at 1 480℃,while that without W powder increased from 10.4%to 11.6%;The bending strength of the alloy with W powder decreases sharply with the increase of the sintering temperature,and the decreasing amplitude reaches 580 N/mm^2 from 1 410℃to 1 480℃,while that without W powder is basically stable at 2 500 N/mm^2.
