摘  要:目前,在激烈严峻的就业市场中出现了一批"慢就业"族,这一新生代就业群体的出现,是大学生就业现象中不容忽视的问题。应对"慢就业"现象进行正确的归因分析,理性看待这一现象。高校要在优化就业创业课程教育的同时,对"慢就业"者进行分类、精准帮扶,搭建校内缓冲机制,联合政府、企业、家庭共同构建解困机制,帮助大学生尽早走出"慢就业"困境。At present,In the fierce and severe employment market,a new generation of employment group,the college students of 'slow employment' emerged,that is a problem can not be ignored in the employment phenomenon of college students.We should make a correct analysis of the phenomenon of 'slow employment' and have rationally look at this phenomenon.Colleges and universities should classify and help the 'slow employment' to set up an intramural buffer mechanism,and together with the government,enterprises and families to help the college students go out the plight of 'slow employment' as soon as possible.
