摘　　要：利用新制度经济学中的协约——规制结构理论和交易费用理论分析农民中介组织发育的经济学本质,揭示农民中介组织和农民的关系模式只能是三种:公司企业组织模式、合作社模式、合同关系模式。This paper analyses the essence of economics of peasant intermediary organization based on the theory of new institutional economics--the theory of construction and transation-cost and puts forward three kinds of relation mode between peasant and peasant intermediary organization: company organization, cooperative mode and contractual relations.
