摘 要:目的研究孤立性肺结节与血管及支气管间的关系,探讨该关系对孤立性肺结节良恶性的诊断价值。方法收集本院经病理确诊的50例孤立性肺结节,其中良性结节11例,恶性39例,通过MSCT薄层扫描及后处理,观察结节与支气管及血管关系。结果良恶性组间比较,结节与支气管、血管关系分型具有统计学差异P<0.05;各组间比较显示,支气管分型P>0.05无统计学差异,血管分型P<0.05具有统计学差异;两两比较显示,在血管分型中结核-鳞癌和结核-腺癌组存在统计学差异。结论孤立性肺结节与支气管、血管关系分型对诊断结节良恶性具有研究价值。Objective To study the relationship between solitary pulmonary nodules and blood vessels and bronchi, and to investigate the diagnostic value of solitary pulmonary nodules. Methods A total of 50 cases of solitary pulmonary nodules, including 11 benign nodules and 39 malignant nodules, were collected by pathology diagnosis from Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University. The relationship between nodules, bronchus and blood vessels was observed by MSCT thin layer scanning and post-processing. Results There were significant differences in bronchopulmonary distribution between benign and malignant nodules(P<0.05). The comparison between groups showed that there was no statistical difference in bronchial classification P>0.05, and there was a statistical difference in the vascular P<0.05;The tuberculous-squamous cell carcinoma and tuberculous-adenocarcinoma group had statistical difference P<0.05. Conclusion The relationship between solitary pulmonary nodules and bronchial and vascular relationships and the diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules have research value.
