摘  要:探讨阵列空间敏感编码技术(ASSET)在3D-MRCP中的应用价值。方法对48例MRCP检查的患者先进行常规3D-MRCP扫描,然后再行一次加ASSET的3D-MRCP扫描,对两组获得的原始图像分别进行最大强度投影(MIP)重建,并比较两组成像的诊断性能。结果两组图像的胆管及分支数目显示无差异(P>0.05),但是胆管及分支的边缘清晰度显示比常规的要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加ASSET的3D-MRCP图像质量优于常规3D-MRCP。Objective To discuss the application value of the array spatial sensitivity encoding technique(ASSET) in 3 D-MRCP. Methods Routine 3 D-MRCP scan was performed on 48 patients undergoing MRCP examination. Then a ASSET 3 D-MRCP scan was performed. The original image of two groups were obtained by maximum intensity projection(MIP) reconstruction. And the difference of two groups of imaging diagnosis was compared. Results Bile duct and branch number in two group images showed no difference(P>0.05). But the edge sharpness of bile duct and branch was higher than the conventional display, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion ASSET 3 D-MRCP image quality is better than conventional 3 D-MRCP.
