紫外分光光度法测定连蒲双清片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：以 3 75 nm为测定波长 ,0 .0 5 mol· L- 1 硫酸作对照液 ,用紫外分光光度法测定了连蒲双清片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果显示 ,盐酸小檗碱在 4～ 2 8μg· m L- 1 之间呈良好线性关系 ,相关系数 r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 99.5 5 %。To develop an assay for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in lianpu Shuangqing tablets. UV spectrophotometry was selected to determine the content and the 0.05mol·L -1 sulfuric acid was used as the reference solution. The absorbency was measured at 375nm. The calibration curve for berberiny hydrochloride was linear within the concentration range of 4～28μg·mL -1 ( r =0.9999),The average recovery was 99.55%( n =5),and the RSD was 0.36%. The method was proved to be simple, precise and reproducible. It is especia11y practicable for rapid analysis in production.
