左归双降方对实验性糖尿病合并高血压大鼠血管内皮功能及降钙素基因相关肽的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察实验性糖尿病合并高血压大鼠的血管内皮功能障碍、活性多肽的变化以及阴阳互济法组方的左归双降方 (ZGSJF)的干预作用。方法 :以手术致大鼠双侧肾动脉狭窄、小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射及喂饲高热量饲料造成实验性糖尿病合并高血压模型。通过放射免疫法及硝酸还原酶反应法分别检测血中内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP .)、一氧化氮 (NO)的含量。结果 :治疗 30d时 ,模型组大鼠血中ET含量显著升高 ;NO及CGRP含量显著降低 ;ZGSJF组治疗给药后ET含量明显降低 ,NO及CGRP含量明显增加。结论 :该实验性糖尿病合并高血压大鼠存在着明显的血管内皮功能障碍及降钙素基因相关肽的异常改变 。Objective :To observe the vascular endothelial dysfunction,calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) concentration and intervention of zhuoguishuangjsiang prescpiption.Methods:The experimental rats with diabetic hypertension were made by applying surgery to make stenosis of the bilateral nephritic artery,small dose of abdominal injected streptozotocin (STZ) and high caloric food.the rats' endothelin(ET),CGRP and Nitric oxide(NO) were detected by RIA or xanthine oxidoreductase. Results:After treated with zhuoguishuangjiang prescription,the rats' ET were significantly lower than that of the model rats ( P <0 05);the rats'CGRP and NO were significantly increased more than those of the model rats( P <0 01).Conclusion:There were significant vascular endothelial dysfunction and abnormal change of CGRP on the experimental diabetic hypertension.And the Zhaoguishuangjiang prescription had the significant regulated function.
