摘　　要：民盟设计的议会民主制具有一些引人注目的特点:中国共产党具有参政地位、注意到了政治制度与经济制度的关系、反映出力求构建具有中国特色的最美好的民主制度的强烈愿望.这些特点表明,民盟设计的议会制度有一定的进步性.The Parliamentarism designed by the Democratic League has some characteristics paied attention: the Communist Party of China can participates in government and political affairs, the relation between political system and economic system is taken attention, the desire to build the finest democratic system with the Chinese features is shown. These characteristics shows that the Parliamentarism designed by the Chinese is progressive to a certain extent.
