千金藤立定与镇痛药的协同作用

摘　　要：用小鼠热板法测痛,应用1—SPD(20mg/kg.ip)后,于10,20min时能显著地提高痛阈(P<0.01)。1—SPD分别与度冷丁或双氢埃托菲合用,ip后10min时痛阈提高率分别大于二药单用痛阈提高率之和,镇痛时间也明显延长。结果提示:1—SPD能加强镇痛药的镇痛作用。In mice, intraperitoneal l-stepholidine( 1-SPD 20mg/kg),dolantin ( 15mg/kg ) and dihydroetorphine ( DHE 2ug/kg ) raised pain threshold ( hot-plate method) by 175%, 163% and 90%,respectively ( p<0.01 ). The combined uses of 1-SPD with dolantin or of 1-SPD with DHE elevated pain threshold by 369% and 433% respecively ( P<0.01 ) , and the duration of analgesia was prolonged markedly as compared with the drugs used alone. The results revealed that there is synergism between 1-SPD and either dolantin or DHE.
