摘  要:用双向电泳技术研究了条锈菌侵入后,小麦体内蛋白质的变化。试验结果表明,慢锈型抗病品种和感条锈病品种在条锈菌侵入前和侵入后,体内蛋白质差异显著。病源菌侵入后,抗病和感病品种都被诱导产生新的蛋白质,同时也比病源菌侵入前减少了一些蛋白质。慢锈型抗病品种川麦107比感病品种80-8多诱导出一个新的特异性抗性蛋白质。The changes of protein in wheat plants,when inoculated by the pathogen of wheat stripe rust(Puccinia striiformis),were analyzed by using 2-dimentional electrophoretic technique.The results showed that there existed significant differences of proteins for both slow-rusting and susceptible wheat varieties before and after infection of the pathogen.After the infection of pathogen,new proteins were induced in both resistant and susceptible varieties, and at the same time, some proteins were reduced in the plants compared with those proteins before infection.Slow-rusting variety,Chuanmai 107,produced a new specific resistant protein after inoculation compared with susceptible variety,80-8.
