摘  要:目的:观察羟乙基淀粉预防胃肠内补液治疗糖尿病急性代谢紊乱综合征伴发多尿的疗效和不良反应。方法:采用临床随机对照方法将34例糖尿病急性代谢紊乱综合征患者分为A组、B组。A组给予胃肠内补液,B组给予胃肠内补液和羟乙基淀粉。结果:治疗后1~3天的尿量A组3238 mL、3866 mL、3493 mL;B组2167 mL、2452 mL、2138mL;A组每天补液量6595 mL、4847 mL、4007 mL;B组5218 mL、3522 mL、2484 mL;经统计学处理。两组有显著差异。血生化和肾功能指标两组差异无显著性。结论:羟乙基淀粉为预防胃肠内补液治疗糖尿病急性代谢紊乱综合症伴发多尿的有效药物,其不良反应轻微。Objective:To study the effect of Hydroxy Ethyl Starch in the prevention of polyuria induced by diabetic acute dysmetabolic syndrome treated with gastrointestinal fluid replacement. Methods: 34 patients with diabetic acute dysmetabolic syndrome were randomixed into group A and B. In A group, gastrointestinal fluid replacement was given, while B group, Hydroxy Ethyl Starch was given and the other same as A group. Results: 1-3 days urine output after treatment: A group 3238 mL,3866 mL,3493 mL;B group 2167 mL,2452 mL,2138 mL. Intake fluid: A group 6595 mL, 4847 mL,4007 mL;B group 5218 mL,3522 mL,2484 mL. There was obvious statistical difference between 2 groups. Serum chemistries and kidney function were comparable in both arms and no difference between 2 groups. Conclusion: Hydroxy Ethyl Starch is an effective drug to prevent polyuria caused by diabetic acute dysmetabolic syndrome treated with gastrointestinal fluid replacement.
