摘　　要：针对吐哈油田分层注水工艺管柱大多采用的Y341-115注水封隔器密封性差、工作寿命短、解封困难等现象,研制了Y341-114xF注水封隔器。该封隔器依靠管柱自重下放解封,解封更加可靠;胶筒肩部的保护装置既可保护胶筒又可提高其承压能力;反洗机构采用软密封,密封更加可靠;较大的内通径方便了投捞测试作业。64井次和176套封隔器的现场应用表明,该封隔器坐封、密封、解封可靠,耐压高,有效期长,施工成功率达100%,可适应深井高压分注的要求。The Y341-115 packers used in most stratified waterflooding string in Tuha oilfield have defects such as poor sealing, short life expectancy, difficult release. In line with this situation, Y341-114XF packer was developed, which is pulled down by the weight of the string, with more reliable unsealing. The protection equipment beside the packing element can protect the packing element and increase its sealing pressure. Soft sealing is used in back washing setup with reliable sealing. The big ID makes it convenient for pulling and running test. Fieht application of 176 packers in 64 wells shows the packer has the advantages of reliable setting, sealing and release, and long life expectancy, which meet the requirements of high pressure stratified waterflooding.
