摘　　要：阐述了测量在建筑工程应用中具有的重要意义 ,分析了中小型城市房屋建筑工程施工测量中存在的问题 。As the important role of construction measurement in building engineering the issues existed in construction measurement in small and medium sized cities are analyzed; at the same time corresponding quality assurance measures are proposed.
