摘　　要：通过分析成像微光度计图像采集与处理系统对光学系统的要求,确定光学设计的依据和计算光学基本参数,构建成像微光度计光学系统,实际光学系统的设计满足了系统图像采集的基本要求,取得较好效果。最后对设计与实现中的问题进行讨论。The analysis of the requirements to the optical system of low light imaging optical radiation measurement (microphotometer) is provided. Theapplied design and parameters to optical system are also introduced. Practical implement indicated that the system can meet the requirement of image access and optical radiation measurement and correction . The design to the optical system is fit to the image access . At last the key techniques in practical design arediscussed.
