摘　　要：通过分析生产能力为 162 0t/d的二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置扩能改造循环系统存在问题 ,结合水解系统的塔顶冷凝器的物、热平衡计算 ,探讨利用现有水解系统塔顶冷凝器的富余能力 ,解决装置扩能改造循环系统吸收能力不足的可行性。Analyzes the problem of capacity expansion revamp for the circulation system of 1620t/d CO 2 stripping urea plant,calculates the material and thermal equilibrium of the top condenser of urea hydrolysis system,and discusses the feasibility to make use of surplus capacity of the present condenser and resolve the lack of the absorbing capacity of the circulation system when capacity of the plant is expanded
