摘  要: 某铝厂有一混合炉炉体需要拆除。该炉体外壁为轻质保温砖,内层由硬质耐火砖砌筑而成,对于内层其硬度大,韧性高,钻孔极其困难,所以采用常规的钻孔爆破拆除方法是不可能的。为此采用聚能爆破方法拆除炉体。介绍了聚能切割爆破与裸露爆破联合使用的拆除爆破方案,对类似爆破工程具有一定的参考价值。An aluminium smelting furnace stack to be demolished by blasting has refractory linings which are difficult to drill, other blasting methods that neednot drilling hole must finish the demolition of furnace stack; in this paper,a method is presented by which some tiny cracks are firstly generated through shaped cavity charge and then fragmentation along crack line is made by unconfined shot of small charge strength of air-shock wave is decreased through the method mentioned above.
