摘　　要：资源库建设是E -Learning的核心和基础 ,当前 ,E -Learning资源库的建设应以教育需求为前提 ,以系统理论为指导 ,遵循国家颁布的技术规范 ,实现资源的开放与共享 .在分析了E -Learning资源建设的意义和现状的基础上 ,提出了EThe resource pool building is the core and base of E-learning.At present,the building in E-Learning resource storehouse ought to take the education demand as the prerequisite,and take the system theory as the direction,following the technological specification published by the goverment,and achieves open and sharing of resoures.Based on the analyses to E-learning and resources construction,this article brings the way of E-Learning resource pool construction.
