摘 要:以橡胶树自根无性系海垦2和热研88-13自接和互接组成的芽接树为材料,在不同割胶条件下,采用PAGE和SDS-PAGE技术,分析了砧木和接穗的胶乳酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶以及可溶性蛋白等生化因子。结果表明:砧木和接穗之间在酯酶同工酶谱C区存在显著的相互影响,这种影响不因割胶时间和乙烯利刺激而变化:自接和互接树之间的过氧化物酶同工酶谱和可溶性蛋白图谱均表现一致,未观测到砧木与接穗之间在这2种图谱上的相互影响。Two clones of grafted Hevea brasiliensis were used as materials, two of which were self-grafted and the other two inter-grafted. Under different conditions of exploitation, the latex of rootstocks and scions were collected. Latices from the two clones were analysed by PAGE and SDS-PAGE in terms of esterase isozyme, peroxidase isozyme and soluble protein of C-serum. The biochemical interaction between rootstock and scion of grafted Hevea brasiliensis was investigated. Results showed that there existed significant and comparatively steady interaction in the C zone of the esterase isozyme of the latex between rootstock and scion.The interaction was not obviously affected by latex exploitation or ethrel stimulation.The peroxidase isozyme zymograms and the soluble protein electrophoretograms of latex C-serum between the rootstock and scion of grafted Hevea brasiliensis were similar, which showed no interaction between rootstock and scion.
