摘  要:针对3种类型PVC-U管件注塑模具的常用浇注系统在管件成型中经常出现的产品表面及浇口周围存在流动斑纹、分层等难以解决的问题,对PVC-U管件注塑模具浇注系统进行了优化设计。结果表明,经优化设计的浇注系统虽然复杂,且模具的加工费高,但在注塑工艺上简化许多,同时解决了从工艺上难以解决的注塑缺陷,使产品的表观及内在质量都有提高。Counter some hard nuts such as the flowing dapples and bedding on the product surface existing in the molding of the plastics parts, the optimum design of the runner of the injection mold for PVC-U pipe fittings is carried out. The result showes that although the injection mold for the PVC-U pipe fittings is complex after the optimum design of the runner and the mold cost is increased, the injection process is more simplified and the hard defect of the injection is technically settled, so making the apparent and inner quality of the product to be much increased.
