摘　　要：从分析现代商业银行制度的产权结构入手,指出了国有商业银行存在的产权软约束问题,并提出了国有商业银行产权规范化和制度创新的思路。This thesis, by an analysis of the propertyright structure of the modern commercialbank system, discusses the lenient rules administered as to the property rights of stateowned commercial banks in China, and raises proposals as to the propertyright normalization and the institutional innovation of the banks.
