摘 要:从峨眉紫堇(Corydalis omeienensis)的根茎中分得十二种生物碱、经UV,IR,[α]_D,CD,~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,MS及物理性质鉴定了它的结构。其中,(-)-tetrahydrocorysamine,为(-)-13-methylprotoberbrine类生物碱,为第二次从植物中获得,至今报导过的该类生物碱从天然得到的也仅此一个。A rare (-) -13-methyl-protoberberine alkaloid, (-) -tetrahydroeorysamine, and eleven other known alkaloids have been isolated from the root tubers of Corydalis omeienensis. They were identified as (-) -tetrahydrocorysamine (1), (-) -stylopine (2), (-) -isocorypalmine (3), (-) -scoulerine (4), (+) -bicuculline (5), (+) -corlumine (6), corysamine (7), coptisine (8), palmatrubine (9), protopine (10), cryptopine (11), and muramine (12) by means of UV, IR, [α]_D, CD, ~1H—NMR, ^(13)C—NMR, MS spectral analysis and compared with those of reported data. The (-) -tetrahydrocorysamine was the only alkaloid of (-) -13-methylprotoberberines which was isolated from natural plant. In this paper, the alkaloid was isolated from plant for the second time.
