摘　　要：目的 建立一种简便可靠的大动物肾移植模型。方法 建立山羊自体和异体颈部肾移植模型,观察肾移植术后血肌酐、移植肾血流和病理变化。结果 山羊颈部肾移植模型稳定;异体山羊颈部肾移植术后血肌酐、移植肾血流和病理检查出现典型的急性排斥反应表现。结论 山羊颈部肾移植模型制作简便、可靠,可用于移植免疫学研究。Objective To establish a simple and reliable renal transplantation model. Methods Goat renal transplantation model was performed in neck with autograft and allograft. Postoperative serum creatinine, blood stream and pathological examination of transplanted kidney were observed . Results Classical changes of acute renal rejection in goat renal transplantation could be observed in allograft by serum creatinine, blood stream and pathological examination of transplanted kidney. It showed that goat kidney transplantated in the neck was reliable. Conclusion Goat renal transplantation in neck is simple and stable, it can be used as a model to study transplantation immunity.
