摘 要:学习记忆是脑的一项高级的神经功能 ,与学习记忆有关的结构已经研究了一百多年。在 2 0世纪 5 0年代前 ,著名神经心理学家Lashley提出的学习记忆弥漫地储存在脑内的观点统治着神经科学领域。自从 1 95 7年Scoville报道了一位双侧内侧颞叶切除的病人出现了严重的近期记忆丧失 ,神经科学家们开始相信不同的脑部结构在学习记忆过程中扮演着不同的角色。内侧颞叶记忆系统、前额叶、间脑、杏仁核、小脑及Meynert基底核等相继都被证实参与了学习记忆的过程。边缘区是舒斯云等在研究大鼠脑时在新纹状体内侧边缘发现的一个与学习记忆有关的新区。为此 。Learning and memory is a fundamental funciton of the brain. The structures associated with learning and memory has been studied for more than one hundred years. In the early half of the last century,a famous neuropsychologist,KS Lashley suggested that the memory was stored in the brain diffusely,which dominated the field of neuroscience. However,neuroscientists began to believe that different brain structures may play different roles in learning and memory since Scoville reported a persistent impairment of recent memory in man following bilateral medial temporal lobe resection in 1957. Thus the medial temporal lobe system,the prefrontal cortex(PFC),diencephalon,amygdala,cerebellum and basal nucleus of Meynert(NBM),were found to be involved in learning and memory successfully. The marginal division of the striatum is a mewly identified memory-related area discovered in the medial edge of the neostriatum by Shu et al. The role of these memory-related areas in learning and memory was reviewed in the present article.
